You may terminate your membership at any time by unsubscribing for any reason or upon receipt of notification from Beautiful Connections, LLC. Termination may be sent to the e-mail or postal address provided during the registration process or through the unsubscribe process on your My Account page. If Beautiful Connections, LLC elects to terminate your membership due to a breach of any policies and procedures, the member is not entitled to any refund, in whole or in part, of any membership fees. After termination or cancellation of membership, all terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.



3. Account Uses: The member's account is for their sole, personal use. Members may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or transfer your membership to any other person or entity. This website may not be used for any commercial use. Organizations, companies and/or businesses may not become members and should not use this service for any purpose, other than those specifically designated by Beautiful Connections, LLC within our advertising contracts. Any illegal or unauthorized use of the websites, including collecting usernames or e-mail addresses of members electronically or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail and unauthorized framing of or linking to the websites, will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitations, civil, criminal and injunctive redress. Our company makes a good faith effort to prohibit memberships of any individual under the age of 18; and will not knowingly collect or store information from minors.



4. Rules of On-line Conduct: These rules must be strictly adhered. Any deviation or violation of these rules will subject the offender's membership to suspension or termination. You agree that:

e. You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, any other Members to buy or sell any products or services through our websites. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk e-mails to other members. Such content includes, but is not limited to, advertisements, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation, except where specifically permitted, i.e. the Beautiful Connections stores for members and featured artists.

f. You may not include in your member or couple profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses.

g. You may not post any content that provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, promote physical harm or injury, how to engage in illegal conduct, or providing or creating computer viruses.

h. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You agree to take normal precautions when meeting individuals that you may have met through our websites. If unsure of another member's intentions, desires or expectations, it is wise to arrange meetings in public places and with a group or your own personal friends. Be safe!

i. You may not post, copy, modify, transmit, show in public or private, create any derivative works from, distribute or reproduce in any way, any copyrighted material, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent from the owner of such proprietary rights.

5. Chat Code of Conduct: While participating in the chat rooms, it is unacceptable to harass, belittle, or criticize other members. Furthermore, members agree not to engage in sexual explicit conversations while in the main chat rooms. Offensive conduct or language, which may be interpreted by other members as racist, hateful, degrading or vicious, will not be tolerated. If a Member engages in any of the above activities, while in a chat room, he or she will receive a written warning informing them of the reported conduct. If a second offense is reported, the Member will be suspended from participating in the chat rooms for a period not to exceed seven (7) days. When writing please, include the date and approximate time of the inappropriate behavior, the chat room name and the name of the offending member if known. Any member who reports excessively without cause or intentionally misuses this ability or does so to harass another member, will likewise be suspended from participating in the chat rooms or forfeit their membership as outlined above.

Unauthorized Users: It may be possible that other members (including unauthorized members or "hackers") post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on our websites and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials or content. It may also be possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the websites or services, and that the "hacker" may use such information to harass or injure you. Beautiful Connections, LLC is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you disclose on the websites.
